I read the reviews for homax and this seems to be the norm. The first layer was fine. Wondered if i should have waited the 6. It could also be that dust and debris got trapped in the finish.

On a scale of 1 to 10 you wouldn t give it a 1. Other place it didn t cover well. Ten minutes after i applied the first coat of homax tough as tile this appeared. I used both and foam and a regular brush for the application.
