Sometimes i am really terrible to myself and relentlessly compare myself to other people no matter how many times i read or hear about how good enough or lovable i am. Or even as you do your best you may feel like it s still not good enough. This can be due to a lack of self confidence and trust but it can also be because your partner isn t doing their part to make you feel secure.
